To make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below:
• Please complete and send the userform (above) to initiate your return or exchange.
• A Biquini Island customer service representative will send you a Return Voucher. Please print and complete the voucher and kindly include this Return Voucher in your package, along with a copy of the receipt of payment. We will also include a shipping label to facilitate the return of your product (A flat return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund according to the cost of return shipping).
- Should you choose not to use the provided label and ship via a different carrier, please ship to the address indicated on the voucher. In this case, Biquini Island is not responsible for packages lost in transit and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR REFUNDS
Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used for the purchase:
• PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT / DEBIT CARD: The refund will be credited within 48 hours after receipt of the returned product(s) to the same card that was originally used to make the purchase. The time lapse required for this payment to appear will depend on the payment institute.
• PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL: The refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 48 hours after receipt of the returned product(s).
• CASH ON DELIVERY: The refund will be made by means of a bank transfer to the bank account you have provided within 48 hours after receipt of the returned product(s). The time required for the money to be credited to your account will depend upon the banking institution.
You will receive your refund within 48 hours after receipt of the returned product(s). For orders that have been cancelled prior to shipping, the reimbursement will be made no later than 3 working days after the cancellation request has been processed.
